Entitled ‘The Institution & Anatomy of a Christian Man’ 1537 - 1615, it was compiled by a committee of English bishops and clergy. It expounded the Creed, Sacraments, Decalogue, Lord's Prayer, and Hail Mary, and dealt with various questions disputed between the C of E and the RC Church.
