pp. xxiii, 191. Contains frontispiece, plates (portraits), index. A very nice copy of this rare work. It is a catalogue of Anglo - Jewish portraits from 1592 - 1837, with some reproduced as plates. It also contains, as appendices, other portraits after 1837, of reputedly Jewish persons etc. Partly uncut. Very nice half vellum with green cloth binding. Inscribed by author on front flyleaf. Minor spotting to prelims. Rare.
